空自の部品調達もなかなか厳しい
なんて話もチラホラ聞こえますが
F-4EJ改をしっかり空に上げる整備員の方々には脱帽です
行く夏を惜しむ、最後の夏ももう直ぐ終わるそんな美しさと寂しさを感じる。
ケロヨンで始まり50年近く日本の空を守ってくれたファントム、最後もケロヨンが残るのみとなった、もうこの空を少しだけ守ってください。

夏の終わりは少し物悲しい ラストイヤーということでなお一層です
願わくば少し南方で起きているきな臭いことが大事にならないようファントムの出番が無く無事任期を全うして頂きたい と同時に最後まで有事に備えて頂きたい 複雑な気持ちです

Has anyone considered keeping a couple of these flying for air shows? I am so proud of the Japanese Air Force and how they have maintained and operated these incredible aircraft. I understand these old birds are at the end of their useful life but it is truly heartbreaking to see them go.
The US has a foundation that purchased and keeps old warbirds operating for air shows and it also gives young test pilots the opportunity to fly and learn about different designs. Maybe Japanese business men, some aviation enthusiasts along with retired mechanics, pilots could lead the effort and keep some of these flying. They could charge around $15000 USD for flights in back seat.

夕闇でしょうか？
闇の色に徐々に染まっていく機体。
ブラットムーンですか？
完全な闇になる前に静かに下りてきたファントム達。
変なライトアップやイルミネーションを見るより、ライトでドレスアップしたようなファントム達。
あえて、闇を切り裂くアフターバーナーを強調した映像を入れないことで、作品全体が刻々と夜、闇の静けさをジャマをしないでいる中のファントム達を伝える作品。
またひとつ、ファントムの魅力を最高に伝える作品でした❗️

1-300, it is always a treat and delight whenever I see the notification that you've posted another of your fantastic creations.
Regardless of where they come from, who's military they serve, or what service branch they represent, there is one common thread. Units that have served with honor and distinction are not forgotten even when they have long passed into retirement, especially by those who served in that unit. They become a part of the history of that country and the people they protected. Those who were part of that unit or ship can hold their heads up proudly, no matter how long ago they served. Just look at the very old men and women who still smile whenever you talk to them about their past service.

Unit 439 was retired this week.
these are the maintained F-4's ever,they just need avionics and weapon systems upgraded and they could fly for many more years.Is the 301sq.called the frogs or the yellow scarfs?
We call them frogs.
I agree put modern day avionics in these platforms and they could keep up any new attack fighter. Sad to see these planes retire.
Upgrade with new PW100 engines or even the f404 engines used in the hornet will fit. Plus new avionics and radars. Also replace the copper wiring with fiber optics and u save 2,000 pounds like the Turkish f-4s
